To help save you money on shipping costs we offer low cost options for shipping ground UPS. These rates apply only to the contiguous United States:

We ship from various regional warehouse across the country to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average most orders arrive within 2-3 days going ground shipping.
Returns
Every part we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that returned parts need to be in their original packages in unused condition. Installed parts are not returnable. Be sure to inspect each part prior to installation. If you have any concerns regarding differences between your new and old part please contact us immediately. Any part returned due to improper installation will be rejected for return credit.
You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the parts. If you call us we can provide one to you as well as the address where the parts need to be returned to.
Note that if an item was ordered in error by the customer, upon returning it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. In these cases shipping costs are also not refunded and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. However, if the error was made in part by Heavy Duty Pros we would issue a full refund.
There are no returns on special ordered items. A special order item would not be found on our website and would be discussed with a sales representative at the time of the sale. To return any item you must call us at 315-475-9893.
