This item will meet or exceed the OEM specifications. Consistent smooth machine welds for aesthetics and leak-proof joints are visible throughout the pans we make. Our pans have pronounced edges which allow for better oil pan gasket adhesion, extending gasket life while reducing the chance for a leak. Each pan we manufacture is precision laser measured in a 3D environment ensuring exact fitment.
That oil pan production process, material quality, and finish coatings used are industry leading. Our steel oil pans are thicker than our competitors; wrinkles can be seen on competitor pans where the material folds due to thin sheet metal usage. Furthermore, our rust-resistant finishing process incorporates quality chemical and mechanical adhesion enabling the oil pan to function and look exceptionally well for years to come.
