This kit is a Premium Inframe Kit, meaning that it comes with many items that basic inframe rebuild kits do not. We include a complete set of head bolts, rod bolts, main cap bolts, etc. Please see the list below for a full breakdown of what your package will contain.

Engine Model and Serial Number
The fourteen-digit engine model and manufacturing serial number is etched on a pad located on the left front of the engine cylinder block, above the date and time of manufacture.
Using 471901 S0005703 as an example:
- 471 = engine model (DD13)
- 901 = vehicle application (Freightliner)
- S = assembly plant (Detroit)
- 0005703 = serial number
The cylinder liner contained in this engine kit replaces: A4710110210, A4710110110, A4710110810, A4710110910
