Cummins ISX Flat Top 152 Non-APR Liner Kit

This original design Liner does not use a Mid-Liner Shim. For latest design liner with Mid-Liner shim, please order item 4376392 instead.

This is a 152mm Non APR Liner with Blue O-Ring. If your liner uses a pink O-Ring, you have 150mm liner and will need to order Non-APR liner kit 4309389 instead.

Please note: Due to the introduction of APR (Anti-Polishing Ring) liners, we ask our customer to review Cummins Technical Service Bulletin TSB150069 whenever replacing cylinder liners for Cummins ISX applications.

This Cylinder Kit includes the following:

1 qty Liner 3685235 (Replaces 4374092, 5469002 or 5472978)

1 qty Blue Liner O-Ring # 3685234
